Step 1: Check for Organizational Restrictions
School/District Accounts: Many educational institutions block Google Workspace Extensions through their Admin Console settings.
If you're using a school or work email (@schooldomain.edu or @district.org), try using a personal Gmail account instead (@gmail.com)

If you're a school admin and would like to enable everyone in organization to access the extension, you may refer to the official guide from Google:
Step 2: Fix Account Sign-In Issues
If you're still experiencing issues or are already using a personal account, try one of these methods:
Option A β Sign out of all accounts and sign back in
Click your account icon in the top right
Select "Sign out of all accounts" at the bottom
Sign back in with only the account you need for our extension
Try the extension again
Option B β Create a separate Chrome profile
Click the profile icon in Chrome
Select "Add" to create a new Chrome profile
Sign in with only the Google account you need for our extension
Use our extension in this new profile
Step 3: Create a Fresh Document
Create a new Google Slides document and try again
Sometimes cached information in existing documents can cause loading issues
